ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 7-15 business days to process your order.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 7-15 business days using UPS, USPS, or DHL Express. Flat rate shipping fee of $3.99 applies to orders shipping to the United States and £3.99 to orders shipping to the United Kingdom.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and
displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $3.99 flat rate shipping to the United States. Free shipping for orders over $35.00 or £28 to the United States and United Kingdom.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the United Kingdom.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once
a shipment reaches your destination country. Pure Pet Bliss is not responsible for these
charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at pets@purepetbliss.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
